A "community member" is anyone who understands the 12 Technidigm-2000 elements and applies them. Any Technidigm-2000 community member is hereby authorized to view, copy, print, and distribute these documents for personal and professional use subject to the following conditions:

  1. These documents may be used for informational and instructional purposes only. They are "level one" documents with some "level two" information included. There is some "level three" research information and "level four" examples, primarily related to nuclear plant safety.
